- Please prepare your paper according to the template given in the following link: One page Abstract Template, Full paper Template.
- Please sign up for an account in the user portal in order to submit your paper.
- All submitted papers should be with a maximum length of 5 pages for English papers. Additional page(s) with an over-length page(s) charge is accepted.
- The charge for the extra page(s) can be seen on the Registration Fees page.
- Submitted papers must comply with IEEE plagiarism policy and procedures. https://www.ieee.org/publications/rights/plagiarism/plagiarism.html
