The IEEE support agreement is announced for the 5th conference on Signal Processing and Intelligent Systems (please see the link). The accepted and presented papers would be submitted to IEEE Xplore for indexing. It should be noted that the papers should follow all the rules governing ICSPIS 2019 and IEEE to be eligible for indexing. The indexing follows IEEE rules and guidelines.
